Broad Haven Bay
10 April, 2007
Broad Haven Bay, Pembrokeshire for an Easter break. I'd very much like to live in this area of Pembrokeshire as the coastal possibilities are endless. This morning I met with an inspirational photographer so I'll post a couple of images from one of his favourite bays over the next day or so.

This was taken on Saturday evening about 10 or 15 minutes after the sun had set which is a favourite time as often the last of the sun lights up the clouds which then reflect in the water. In all my recent years of walking along the coast or during the past couple of years I've been taking photos, I don't think I've ever seen such a spectacular 'after sunset'. I haven't done it justice. There were purples, blues, pinks, and yellows. Stacks of people of the beach were watching such a display of nature.

This is quite some way out across the rocks. Yet again, I got a little jittery on the way back. Must be the hip joints.
