 Kate's Place 13 December, 2006 A West Wittering beach hut abstract taken a couple of weeks ago on the first outing of the 50mm lens. I was initially attracted by the light on the weathered wood which seems a bit 'contrasty' to me. I would've taken a shot of the whole hut but that would've entailed including my shadow. The sand had also swept right up to the door. It's one of those shots that I've looked at for far to long and can't decide if I'm keen on it. However, I quite like beach hut shots - others from West Wittering are here, here, here, here, here and here. Almost enough to consider a photo project.
