Brittas tide
24 September, 2006
Brittas Bay, Wicklow. This was shot into the sun so there's been a slight crop of the upper part - it wasn't really over exposed but the balance between land and sky seems more effective after the cut. I wanted a nice 's' curve but had to be happy with a reflected sun on the wet sand and some sunlight out at sea. On the horizon are the wind turbines of Arklow.

Energy in light at parsleyrocks.
