Porthmeor sunset
26 April, 2006
Landscape photographers are eternal optimists. I've just returned from a 5 day trip to Cornwall with my wife and whilst it's great of course to be away from work and to be out and about, photographically there was about 3 hours of good light otherwise a dull blanket of featureless grey cloud. Still, we tramped about and on Monday evening, after a day in St Mary’s, Scilly walking round the island, there was a sunset on Porthmeor beach, St Ives. And even a few surfers too.

A new monitor is on order as this one seems to have developed an irremovable colour cast after 'calibration' with a Spyder2.
